Daily responsibilities include touring the community, answering questions about amenities and the local area, and highlighting the lifestyle benefits of the apartments. You will qualify prospects by collecting required information and initiating background checks, prepare units for move‑in, and deliver outstanding service to retain residents. What You Bring

Minimum education is a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of related leasing experience is required. The role operates in a professional office setting and requires regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers. Physical demands include standing, walking, and navigating stairs or ladders, as well as occasional travel between properties in various weather conditions, comprising up to 5 % of work time.
