About the Role

The Supply Chain Administrative Assistant supports both the Fleet and Materials functions and serves as the primary timekeeper for these groups. In addition to standard administrative duties, the role handles moderately complex assignments within established guidelines and procedures. • Compose, edit, and prepare correspondence, documents, reports, spreadsheets, graphs, and charts. • Identify and use effective computer applications for tasks. • Process timekeeping and employee changes for the department. • Greet visitors, direct them, and answer routine phone inquiries. • Maintain confidential personnel files and departmental reports. • Manage incoming mail, prioritize and route appropriately. • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies. • Provide training in area of expertise. • Design, administer, and improve office procedures. • Assist with departmental budget preparation and tracking. • Process payments for contractors and vendors. • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and management schedules. • Maintain and update corporate documents and departmental files. • Conduct special projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. • Verify data input accuracy and correct errors.

What You Bring

• Require high school diploma or equivalent and five years of administrative support experience. • Prefer additional secretarial or administrative coursework. • Broad knowledge of department operations and policies. • Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, graphics, and databases. • Prior experience with UKG and/or Workday preferred. • Self‑motivated with excellent attention to detail.
