About the Role
• Adhere to and enforce Pepper safety regulations, lead daily THA with crews, and perform regular jobsite safety audits. • Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing daily laborer activities and equipment to support the project team and schedule. • Understand project cost‑to‑date and manpower plan, and help forecast laborer activities for assigned projects. • Direct, monitor, and manage tradesmen production while overseeing a crew. • Complete all necessary field documentation. • Submit electronic timesheets in the payroll system for trade crew personnel.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has current knowledge of commercial construction practices and understands procedures, techniques, tools, equipment, materials, specifications, quality and cost control, and safety requirements associated with commercial construction. In a supervisory role, they will be responsible for safety compliance, crew coordination, labor planning, cost tracking, and field documentation. • Minimum of 5 years prior experience as a Trade Laborer Foreman required.
