About the Role
The Leasing Consultant will drive leasing and marketing initiatives, uphold the community’s positive image, and assist management with resident programs and retention. • Tour community and assist prospects in finding homes • Process lease applications and prepare lease documents • Plan and host resident events • Collect and secure rental payments • Conduct campaign research, reporting, and retention activities • Maintain acceptable closing ratio per property expectations
