About the Role

The Operator II is responsible for assembling or packing various products and performing necessary quality tests according to product specifications while ensuring production demands are met. The role includes recognizing basic equipment errors and either reporting them or performing basic troubleshooting tasks. They monitor raw‑material supplies, visually check workstations for low inventory, pull supplies from designated stock areas, transport materials using appropriate handling equipment, and notify supervisors when supplies reach reorder levels. Quality duties include testing and inspecting products to ensure they meet specifications, reporting non‑conformances, executing non‑conforming product procedures, isolating or reworking items that fail, and entering accurate data into the quality control system. • Operate and control auxiliary and semi‑automatic production equipment. • Assist higher‑level operators and train lower‑level operators. • Use measuring tools to verify product quality specifications. • Run multiple machines simultaneously while meeting output targets. • Monitor and replenish raw‑material supplies; transport materials as needed. • Test, inspect, and document product quality; report and rework non‑conforming items. • Perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment. • Follow 6S practices and participate in workshops, meetings, and cross‑functional training. • Maintain superior service attitude and adhere to high quality standards.

What You Bring
The Operator II must be proficient in all Operator I requirements, operate and control auxiliary and semi‑automatic equipment, and assist higher‑level operators. They use measuring equipment to verify quality specifications, train lower‑level operators, operate material handling and processing equipment, and update CIP boards via the shop floor management system. The employee can run more than one machine while maintaining required output and perform basic equipment troubleshooting. The ideal candidate possesses basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills, good manual dexterity with small parts, the ability to perform repetitive functions, and effective communication. They must interpret work orders, instructions, blueprints or drawings, provide superior service, maintain a positive attitude, and adhere to the highest quality standards. Required education is a high school diploma or equivalent with 6–12 months related experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience are also considered. Benefits
Compensation is $19–$22 hourly, based on factors such as education, experience and location, with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus tied to company and individual performance.
