About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, the successful candidate will ensure that all facilities and common areas meet the resort’s high standards. They will complete routine maintenance tasks efficiently, keep precise records, and carry out decorating and improvement projects to enhance the property’s appearance. What You Bring

The role also involves pre‑arrival inspections of guest units, prompt response to emergency maintenance requests, and the administration of related paperwork. A strong background in at least one trade, proven maintenance experience, and Level 1 health and safety certification are essential. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a self‑motivated, team‑oriented attitude. The position requires a five‑day workweek, including weekends and Bank Holidays, and personal transport due to the resort’s location. • Possess good working knowledge in at least one trade • Exhibit strong communication and listening skills • Hold a minimum Level 1 health and safety certification • Bring proven experience in a similar maintenance role • Show general maintenance competence and multitasking ability • Be self‑motivated, capable of independent work and teamwork
