About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, experienced Lead to ensure facility operations follow policies and procedures. The Lead coordinates daily operations by delegating assignments, provides guidance, and supervises the location when the Manager is absent. The Shift Leader maintains clean and safe buildings, operates specialized equipment, handles cleaning chemicals, and supports general janitorial duties as needed. • Follow assigned work schedules and route cards; report barriers. • Provide leadership and direction to team members. • Maintain open communication between field employees and management; monitor and document client communications. • Assist in creating daily and weekly work schedules. • Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building. • Manage keys and access cards for the property. • Report damaged, broken, or out‑of‑work features or items. • Oversee and perform additional service requests (tag jobs) in the assigned building. • Ensure quality of jobs and confirm completion with the Area Manager. • Train new hires assigned to the building according to onboarding procedures. • Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees. • Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.

This role is suitable for individuals entering or re‑entering the workforce with limited experience and education. Benefits
