About the Role
As an Assembly Worker at the Hesston, KS plant you will fit parts together to create complete units or sub‑assemblies, read and interpret operation standards including blueprints, and manually fasten components using hand and portable power tools. Your work will be guided by a focus on safety, quality and meeting exact production objectives. The role is performed in a noisy assembly‑plant environment with lift‑truck traffic, moving parts and long periods of standing. • Assemble components into complete units or sub‑assemblies. • Read and interpret operation standards and blueprints. • Manually fasten parts using hand tools and portable power tools. • Maintain focus on safety, quality, and precise production targets.
