About the Role
The position is centered on scaling the sales organization by designing strategic processes and tools that support rapid growth. The hire will shape the operational foundation, ensuring the team can act efficiently and maintain precision at the company’s fast‑paced rhythm. • Architect and optimize the sales technology stack and workflows to eliminate friction and automate manual tasks. • Design and roll out enablement tools, templates, and training that help the sales team grow and win. • Provide forecast precision and team analytics to develop new strategies and improve the sales funnel. • Lead cross‑functional operational initiatives, translating complex data into clear actions for Sales, Growth, and Engineering. • Build sales engines and enablement functions in high‑growth environments (2‑5 years preferred). • Translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable enablement resources.
