About the Role

The Commercial Service Account Manager is responsible for growing service agreements, quick‑turn projects, and large‑scale modernization opportunities for Carrier’s HVAC customers. The role requires strong relationship‑building skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams while assessing both immediate and future client needs. • Sell Carrier HVAC service products, including agreements, repairs, and modernizations. • Develop and maintain sales territory and account plans. • Present at customer seminars to generate new and expand existing relationships. • Use CRM to track interactions, activities, and pipeline opportunities. • Identify and pursue new service agreement opportunities with existing and prospect customers. • Respond promptly to repair requests and secure bookings in a timely manner. • Negotiate service agreement renewals and ensure achievement of sales metrics and annual targets. • Detect customers’ buying stage and tailor selling approach accordingly.

What You Bring

• Meet physical demands: lift/carry up to 20 lb, climb ladders, and work on roofs/platforms. • Minimum 2 years B2B or commercial HVAC sales experience; high school diploma or GED required. • Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders. • Operate effectively in a technical environment using Microsoft‑based software. • Ability to cross‑sell and upsell preventive repair or upgrade packages. • Self‑motivated, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a team‑oriented setting.
