About the Role

In this role you will be the engine of our growth, serving as the first point of contact for potential commercial clients. You will act as a strategic partner, helping businesses discover better facility solutions while building a robust sales pipeline. • Research and qualify leads using digital tools, web searches, and business directories. • Execute high‑volume outbound cold calls to identify decision‑makers and move prospects through the pipeline. • Schedule high‑quality phone and in‑person appointments for Branch and Sales Managers. • Assist in closing contracts and upsell existing customers. • Serve as Salesforce subject‑matter expert, tracking personal metrics and maintaining an accurate prospect database. • Represent The Budd Group at trade shows, networking events, and community gatherings (up to 25% travel).

What You Bring

• Demonstrated outbound call‑center or inside‑sales experience with resilience to rejection. • Strong phone presence and ability to craft persuasive, professional emails. • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, Pardot) preferred. • Self‑starter with organized, goal‑oriented time management. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally/regionally for events.
