About the Role
The resort is looking for a Beverage Attendant who will act as a bartender, serve drinks, interact with guests, manage bar inventory, and maintain a clean, welcoming bar environment. • Mix and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages per guest requests and resort standards. • Greet guests, take orders, and suggest drinks based on preferences. • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the bar menu, seasonal specials, and signature cocktails. • Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance. • Restock bar supplies and conduct monthly inventory checks to track stock and report discrepancies. • Keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and health regulations. • Process payments, handle receipts, and balance the register each shift. • Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service and a friendly atmosphere. • Engage guests at the bar to create an enjoyable experience.

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least two years of bartender or beverage attendant experience in a resort or hotel setting, strong customer service and communication skills, basic math for payments, and the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift trays for extended periods. Flexible, on‑call availability is required, and certifications such as TIPS or a Food Handler’s permit are a plus. • Minimum two years of bartender or beverage attendant experience in a resort, hotel, or similar environment. • Proficient in drink mixing, garnishing, and serving with strong customer service skills. • Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting, multitask, and perform basic math for transactions. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy trays for long periods. • Preferred certifications: TIPS, Food Handler’s permit, and prior inventory management experience.
