About the Role
This role supports facility management by overseeing overall services, monitoring conditions, and working with property managers on routine operations. It involves procurement of supplies, escorting vendors, and handling general duties as needed. The position includes coordinating vehicle and equipment logistics, managing vendor relationships for soft services, and ensuring compliance with GMP standards. It also requires maintaining accurate CMMS data and work order management. • Provide overall facility management services and continuously monitor facility conditions. • Collaborate with property managers on routine operations, procurement, and vendor escorting. • Coordinate vehicle and equipment logistics and serve as interface for clients and visitors. • Manage GMP compliance, monitor environmental conditions, and ensure cleanliness standards. • Oversee soft‑service vendors (pest control, cleaning, landscaping, waste, catering) and maintain documentation. • Maintain CMMS data entry, work order management, and ensure accurate records. • Guide vendors and facilities staff to minimize disruptions.

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least two years of facility or property administration experience, preferably in regulated environments, with strong vendor management, Excel, and CMMS skills. Preferred attributes include the ability to multitask, work independently under time constraints, and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication. The role is onsite in Apex, NC, and does not provide visa sponsorship; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. This position is open to qualified candidates who meet the outlined criteria.
