About the Role

The senior administrative specialist provides advanced clerical and operational support to departmental managers, coordinating daily operations, recording and reporting data, and resolving most questions with minimal supervision. Key duties include troubleshooting safety, service and operational issues; managing daily customer tickets; maintaining department information and reports; communicating with supervisors, managers, customers and employees; using software tools for procurement, time‑keeping, safety incidents and contract labor; supporting incentive‑pay data collection; processing payments; assisting with operational projects; and entering Service Machine SMART data. • Troubleshoot and resolve safety, service, and operational issues. • Create, distribute, and close daily customer tickets. • Maintain and distribute department information and reports. • Communicate with supervisors, managers, customers, and employees about operations, scheduling, and service issues. • Use software tools for procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor management. • Assist with data collection for incentive pay programs and enter Service Machine SMART data. • Process payments and support other financial tasks. • Support implementation of operational projects and perform other assigned duties.

What You Bring

Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of relevant experience. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer use.
