About the Role

Key duties include applying finishes such as primers and sealers, preparing and cleaning job sites, removing old paint coatings, moving materials, and cleaning debris. The painter also assists with equipment installation, replaces and repairs building finishes, troubleshoots maintenance operations, responds immediately to emergencies, inspects buildings for safety issues, maintains fire and life‑safety systems, performs carpentry tasks, and follows all applicable codes and safety protocols while using technology and completing required safety training. • Respond to emergency situations and priority requests • Complete all required C&W safety training annually • Comply with C&W uniform dress code and maintain a neat appearance

What You Bring

The position works 6 am‑4 pm Monday‑Thursday and 6 am‑10 am on Fridays. We are seeking a deadline‑driven painter with strong attention to detail who can follow written and verbal instructions, use a variety of tools to paint surfaces, perform minor repairs, and select appropriate paints and primers. Applicants must have at least two years of related experience in a commercial property setting, a high school diploma or GED, and technical or vocational training in applicable trades. A valid driver’s license with a good driving record and basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word are required, and the role may involve extended periods without relief, overtime, shift work, or on‑call duties. The work environment is a professional office setting that utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. Benefits
