About the Role
The Inside Sales Representative, also called the Equipment Rental Specialist, supports telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction and industrial equipment. What You Bring
Education and experience requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with various construction and industrial tools and equipment. Preferred qualifications include previous equipment rental industry experience, strong customer service and telephone skills, solid computer and administrative abilities, and successful completion of the DOT qualification process; bilingual ability may be preferred in some locations. The role requires physical activity such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, and may involve working indoors or outdoors as needed. Base pay ranges from $24.58 to $29.19, with the starting rate varying based on factors such as position, location, education, training, and experience.
