About the Role
The Director, Trade & Supply Chain Compliance leads the design and execution of Masco’s global supply chain compliance strategy. This role sets enterprise standards, partners closely with Business Units, and helps the organization operate confidently and efficiently in a complex regulatory environment. The leader drives alignment across policies, processes, and governance while supporting smart supply chain design decisions that balance compliance, risk, and business needs. The scope includes global trade compliance and broader supply chain responsibility programs. • Design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise‑wide compliance strategies, policies, procedures, and controls. • Partner with business and functional leaders to enable compliant, efficient supply‑chain design in a dynamic regulatory environment. • Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing, collaborative team while fostering strong partnerships across Masco Business Units. • Own and execute the North America trade strategy, including import/export compliance, broker management, and evaluation of FTZ, bonded warehouse, duty drawback, and FSFE programs. • Establish and maintain relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and trade advisors, co‑leading quarterly performance reviews with scorecards and KPIs. • Engage proactively with regulatory agencies and coordinate responses to audits, inquiries, or enforcement actions. • Lead the Global Sanctions program, overseeing service providers and ensuring clear escalation and remediation processes. • Oversee participation in supply‑chain security programs such as CTPAT and AEO and maintain audit readiness through strong documentation practices. • Conduct internal audits and compliance assessments to evaluate control effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. • Support business development by leading compliance due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. • Define and execute a technology and data strategy to improve visibility, reporting, and efficiency across compliance activities. • Establish metrics and dashboards to monitor compliance, assess enterprise impact, and drive continuous improvement. • Develop and deliver enterprise training programs for trade and compliance teams, aligned with Licensed Customs Broker continuing education requirements. • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on trade and compliance topics supporting global commercial strategies.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Trade Management, or related field; MBA preferred. • Active U.S. Customs Broker License required. • At least 10 years of relevant experience in trade compliance, logistics, or a related discipline. • Strong knowledge of U.S., Canada, and Mexico trade regulations, including USMCA and import/export compliance frameworks. • Experience with responsible sourcing, conflict minerals, anti‑human trafficking, forced labor, and DOT regulations. • Proven ability to work in a multinational, matrixed environment that values collaboration and relationship building. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and practical actions. • Comfort working with trade systems, analytics tools, and emerging technologies. • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and build trust across diverse, global teams. • Clear, thoughtful communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills. • Track record of developing high‑performing teams and encouraging curiosity, innovation, and continuous learning. • High integrity and a strong commitment to ethical compliance and accountability.
