About the Role
The Safety & Security Officer plays a key role in shaping the Gozzer Ranch experience, ensuring safety while embodying our core values. The role may also involve occasional tasks outside the primary responsibilities based on business needs. The officer is tasked with maintaining a safe and secure environment for members, guests, employees, and visitors. This includes operating security posts, monitoring traffic, patrolling the property, generating daily reports, responding to emergencies, and supporting events and crowd control. • Keep the property safe and secure for members, guests, employees, and visitors. • Operate security posts and monitor inbound and outbound traffic. • Patrol the premises to identify and address safety and security needs. • Generate daily security reports and maintain accurate logs. • Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents on site. • Conduct thorough incident investigations and complete detailed reports. • Coordinate and monitor events to ensure a safe environment. • Perform crowd control and enforce property policies and procedures. • Assist members, guests, employees, and visitors with any issues that arise. • Write detailed, clear, and concise reports. • Maintain a positive work environment and perform effectively under stress.

What You Bring
