What You Bring
We are looking for a Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Mountain Run Resort. In this position, you will ensure every interaction with an owner or guest is a positive and memorable experience while checking them in and out of the property and responding to their requests. If you enjoy helping guests and owners make memories of a lifetime by enjoying vacations, this is an outstanding opportunity for you. Schedule Details: Full‑Time; Mid Shift 10:00 am‑7:30 pm. Open to working a variable of shifts, including weekends and holidays. • Proficient English language • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties and meet organizational deadlines • Minimum 6 months customer service experience • Ability to stand for prolonged periods • Preferred: experience as Front Desk/Guest Services Agent • Preferred: handling cash/credit card transactions • Preferred: background in resort hospitality or related industry
