About the Role
As a Regional Manager you would be responsible for supporting our associates, the people who create remarkable vacation experiences for our owners and guests. We have more than 65 resorts across the U.S. and Caribbean and serve over 210,000 owners and their guests. We value our associates above all and strive to support their success and growth. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Retail Marketing, the Retail Marketing Regional Director will identify areas for improvement and implement processes and best practices to drive consistent results. In partnership with regional sales and marketing leadership, they will forecast tour flow, analyze performance, and increase tour quality and production to boost financial performance for each business unit. A key responsibility is to build and retain a strong regional leadership team, attracting and retaining top talent while providing effective training and motivation for all retail marketing leaders.
