About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both indoor and outdoor. They assess customers' storage needs, recommend solutions and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting storage units for inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and contacting customers for payment reminders and collections. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling packing supplies • Perform daily unit inspections, cash drawer audits, and bank deposits • Conduct payment reminder and collection calls to keep accounts current • Lift/move items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50% of time outdoors, including stairs and large doors • Clean interior areas and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal • Provide flexible full-time schedule (9:30 am-6 pm, weekends to 5 pm) with weekly competitive wages

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walk around facilities and spend up to 50% of time outdoors, climb stairs and open large doors. Managers also perform cleaning and routine maintenance, such as sweeping, mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds free of debris. We seek candidates with experience in customer-service-focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, fast-food or other service industries.
