About the Role

• Lead project delivery from inception to completion, accountable for scope, milestones, and outcomes. • Champion safety, wellbeing, and inclusive behaviours across all teams and stakeholders. • Procure, manage, and collaborate with consultants, contractors, and partners to achieve project objectives. • Oversee budgets, risks, and timeframes to ensure sustainable and successful delivery. • Maintain robust quality systems, service excellence, and compliance with standards. • Drive innovation, digital solutions, and responsible business priorities throughout project execution. • Provide subject matter expertise, knowledge sharing, and best practice across Mace. • Ensure effective handover, documentation, and stakeholder communication for long‑term success. • Safety first: champion a safe, diverse, and inclusive environment, prioritizing wellbeing. • Create opportunity: foster continuous improvement and inspire people to excel.
