About the Role

The Management Analyst III provides advanced analytical, administrative, and financial support for contract management and cost control using the eCRAFT system. The role involves analyzing program performance data, developing management policies, and assisting leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for NIWC service contracts. This position is contingent upon contract award and is remote. The role is primarily sedentary desk work but may require occasional standing, walking, and warehouse tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and climbing ladders. Occasional travel may be necessary, and employees must protect confidential information. Reasonable accommodations are provided in accordance with the ADA. • Provide program and project management support to government leadership, tracking cost, schedule, performance, and risk. • Develop, analyze, and maintain program documentation (plans, briefings, reports, POA&Ms, metrics) for PMRs and IPT meetings. • Support creation and upkeep of Work Breakdown Structures, cost estimates, schedules, and program artifacts. • Coordinate data calls, ad‑hoc and contract status reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness. • Maintain program data repositories (e.g., SharePoint) for configuration control and data integrity. • Assist continuous process improvement initiatives and documentation standardization. • Interface with government stakeholders, subcontractors, and technical teams to align with program objectives.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a business or technical field. • 10+ years experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis. • Significant experience with U.S. Navy programs or operations. • 5+ years in defense life‑cycle logistics support of electronic systems. • Demonstrated proficiency with the eCRAFT system and related financial or data analysis tools. • Proficiency with integrated logistics systems and contract cost monitoring tools. • Current active Secret security clearance. • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. • U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background checks and drug test. • Familiarity with government contract acquisition management.
