About the Role
The leader is responsible for creating and delivering an enterprise‑wide education strategy covering data literacy, AI adoption, and responsible use of digital technologies, working with DT, Data & AI, HR/Learning & Development, and business units to build knowledge, confidence, and support for digital transformation. Key responsibilities include developing a unified curriculum and competency models, producing e‑learning and hands‑on materials, delivering live and virtual sessions, establishing scalable enablement, driving engagement through communities of practice and communication campaigns, and partnering with stakeholders to align training with capability gaps and compliance. • Develop enterprise‑wide Data & AI training strategy aligned with business priorities. • Design and maintain curriculum covering data literacy, analytics, AI fundamentals, ethics, and tool enablement. • Create competency models and role‑based learning paths for diverse personas. • Produce e‑learning modules, videos, guides, workshops, labs, and hands‑on exercises. • Deliver live and virtual training sessions in partnership with SMEs and technology owners. • Establish scalable global enablement model with ongoing refresh cycles. • Drive engagement through communities of practice, champion networks, and user groups. • Partner with internal communications to run campaigns, storytelling, and awareness events. • Align training initiatives with stakeholder capability gaps, governance, risk, and compliance. • Define KPIs and dashboards to measure training effectiveness, adoption, and skill progression. • Incorporate learner feedback and business outcomes for continuous improvement. • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep programs current. • Apply adult learning principles and storytelling to simplify technical concepts. • Influence and collaborate across complex, global organizations without direct authority. • Commit to responsible AI and ethical data use.

What You Bring
Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 8‑10+ years in training/enablement or digital transformation, experience delivering large‑scale data or AI learning programs, strong data literacy and AI knowledge, adult‑learning expertise, facilitation and storytelling skills, ability to influence across global organizations, and commitment to responsible AI. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Data/Analytics, Organizational Development, Business or related field. • Bring 8‑10+ years of experience designing and delivering large‑scale learning programs. • Demonstrate strong understanding of data literacy, modern analytics tools, and AI fundamentals.
