About the Role
You will be mobile and conduct daily check‑ins in front offices and lobbies to maintain high standards, quickly resolve any issues, and provide ideas that steer the team toward optimal facility performance. Building strong client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for facilities‑related concerns are essential. In this role you will take charge of the site’s budget, accounting and financial operations, coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure procurement compliance, quality work practices, and adherence to contract terms and budget constraints. Your chief concern is to create a safer, more comfortable work environment, planning and executing preparations for meetings, conferences, VIP visits, and overseeing mailroom, front office and housekeeping operations. • Prepare and submit MMR • Prepare daily reports and share with client • Ensure all JLL purchase orders are in place before executing jobs • Share all monthly reports on time • Review incident reports before sharing with client • Implement JLL Technology Tools and track closures • Upload all data to CMMS according to timelines • Monitor all repair and maintenance (R&M) activities • Hold weekly team meetings and share minutes of meeting (MOM) • Complete façade cleaning and water tank cleaning as scheduled • Monitor preventive maintenance (PPM) activities and ensure timely completion • Approve invoices in CAAPS with necessary evidence • Review pantry and consumables for HK and PH, prevent shortages and manage internal transfers • Work on site SLA/KPI and ensure timely submission • Highlight and address risks proactively • Maintain up‑to‑date audit and compliance documents for client review • Update 52‑week calendars and share evidence according to timelines

What You Bring
The Workspace Experience and Operations Manager leads daily facility operations for assigned properties or facilities. Working with a team, you will manage client activities, implement building procedures and performance measures, and promote best practices to improve processes and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate has a degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality, eight or more years of facilities management experience with at least two years as a Site Lead or SPOC, strong contract and budget management skills, and expertise in occupational safety and 24/7 operations.
