About the Role
• Deliver positive, memorable interactions with owners and guests during check‑in/out and service requests. • Enter and maintain reservation data in the computerized system. • Resolve unit availability and assist guests with reservations or changes. • Generate invoices and collect payments for rentals and merchandise. • Safeguard safety deposit boxes. • Receive housekeeping and maintenance work orders and route them to appropriate departments. • Restock the front desk, prepare arrival packets, and maintain supplies. • Provide information on local attractions and resort amenities. • Prepare correspondence and reports for management as needed.

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least six months of customer‑service experience, strong English communication skills, a professional demeanor, flexibility to cover shifts on short notice, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Experience in front‑desk, cash handling, or resort hospitality is a plus. • Proficient English communication (verbal and written). • Courteous, professional attitude, especially with upset guests. • Flexible schedule and ability to cover shifts on short notice. • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. • Minimum six months of customer‑service experience. • Experience with front‑desk/guest services, cash/credit transactions, or resort hospitality (preferred).
