About the Role

• Perform daily maintenance, respond to resident and management work orders, and complete repairs in common areas and units. • Schedule and execute make‑ready/turn‑over tasks under supervision. • Clean and maintain swimming pools, record chemical levels, and upkeep exterior grounds and breezeways. • Conduct daily inspections to identify and correct hazardous conditions, supporting OSHA compliance. • Follow a preventative maintenance program to extend property life and minimize future repairs. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stocked, and compliant with safety standards. • Assist the supervisor with hazard‑communication programs, inventory monitoring, and record‑keeping. • Provide on‑call emergency support and use resources and equipment efficiently. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and enforce community policies. • Participate in unit inspections and general upkeep of office, common areas, and model units.

What You Bring

• Require High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. • Physical ability to lift 100+ lb, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, operate power tools and vehicles, and work overtime or weekends as needed. • Must have reliable transportation for on‑call emergencies.
