About the Role

In this role you will engage directly with potential customers through in‑person outreach, introduce our remodeling services, and schedule free in‑home product demonstrations, all while representing a top‑rated brand and gaining experience for a future sales or management career. • Engage with potential customers via direct, in‑person outreach in retail and event spaces • Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly, informative conversation • Generate interest and schedule free in‑home product demonstrations – no selling required • Use this experience as a stepping‑stone into a management or advanced sales career

What You Bring

• No experience required; prior experience is a plus and training is provided • Availability to work afternoons and weekends; shifts 11 am – 7 pm Wed‑Sun • Naturally outgoing and well‑spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours/day) • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotion activities
