What You Bring
A Counter Sales Associate demonstrates exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and online customers, processes orders, provides quotes, enters orders into the system, and pulls orders as required. They communicate product features, benefits, warranties, and offer technical advice, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. The role also involves upselling related products, informing customers of promotions, and performing other assigned duties. Preferred qualifications include a proven track record of excellent customer service. Experience with sales order software (preferably Oracle), knowledge of construction and industrial products, and Spanish language proficiency are also valued. • Preferred: proven customer service success, experience with sales order software (preferably Oracle), knowledge of construction/industrial products, and Spanish proficiency.
