About the Role

The role is located on‑site in Gurugram and is part of the JLL Value & Risk Advisory team serving North India. It focuses on valuation and advisory services, driving business development with private equity/venture capital funds, financial institutions, developers, and corporates, and managing the full lifecycle of valuation assignments. Key responsibilities include managing client interactions, coordinating calls, meetings, site visits, and presentations, conducting market and competitor research, preparing and delivering high‑quality reports, and collaborating with regional valuation teams. Continuous skill development is encouraged through internal and external training sessions. • Manage client service delivery: calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, and timely deliverables. • Conduct market, sector, and competitor research to support valuation assignments. • Coordinate with regional valuation team members and oversee physical site inspections. • Prepare, review, and submit high‑quality valuation reports within tight deadlines.

What You Bring

Candidates should possess a postgraduate degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related discipline, along with 3–5 years of relevant experience—ideally from IPC, a Big 4 firm, consulting, or valuation backgrounds. Required skills include strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and financial abilities, knowledge of real‑estate transaction structures, and proficiency in MS Office. • 3–5 years of experience, preferably in IPC, Big 4, consulting, or valuation firms. • Postgraduate degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or related field. • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, negotiation, and financial skills. • Knowledge of real‑estate transaction structures (sale, JV, JD, DM, etc.). • Experience across residential, commercial, retail, industrial, mixed‑use, and integrated township projects. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) with solid writing and presentation abilities. • Demonstrated teamwork, client‑centricity, detail orientation, and continuous learning mindset.
