About the Role
The role is responsible for driving the end‑to‑end loop that transforms field feedback into prioritized product enhancements and measurable ROI. It involves monitoring product roadmaps, managing dependencies, and ensuring clear communication of decisions and status to both the sales organization and customers. The position sits within the Sales Strategy & Excellence organization and serves as the owner of the cross‑functional interlock between Sales and Product. It coordinates strategic initiatives and aligns efforts across multiple functions. Key duties include maintaining a consolidated view of product timelines and risks, collecting structured feedback from the field, and leading a bi‑weekly Product Council to prioritize and assign delivery. The role also ensures the feedback loop is closed by communicating status and guidance to active clients, publishing executive readouts, and working with industry strategy leads to provide training and target‑customer profiles. • Track product roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and customer impact for sales leadership. • Gather and prioritize field feedback based on severity, revenue impact, and feasibility. • Facilitate a bi‑weekly Product Council to triage items, assign owners, and set delivery dates. • Communicate decisions, status, and ROI updates to the field, customers, and leadership. • Highlight top issues and outcomes in CRO and sales leadership readouts. • Collaborate with industry strategy leads to deliver training and target‑customer profiles.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Engineering or a related field (advanced degree preferred) and bring 7‑10 years of experience in product management, sales operations, or business operations, including at least 3‑5 years in a leadership capacity. Proven experience in monitoring product launch roadmaps and collecting field feedback is essential. The ideal candidate demonstrates high integrity, professionalism, and a strong focus on customer and sales satisfaction. They possess deep knowledge of product‑management processes, exceptional project‑management skills, analytical expertise to assess ROI, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams while communicating complex ideas persuasively. • Hold a bachelor’s degree (MBA or MS preferred) and 7‑10 years of product/sales operations experience. • Demonstrated leadership of 3‑5 years managing cross‑functional teams. • Strong analytical ability to synthesize feedback and drive data‑informed product strategy. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for influencing stakeholders.
