About the Role
The role performs all collection activities in accordance with company policies and federal regulations, ensuring delinquency percentages stay within the targets set by financial management. It is responsible for meeting required phone activity, contact rates, and other key performance indicators while handling correspondence and payments ethically and confidentially. Additionally, the position maintains organized documentation for owner accounts, requests skip tracing when necessary, and assists the collections staff with daily processes.
