About the Role

• Produce subdivision, ALTA, topographic, and other survey maps using AutoCAD Civil 3D. • Research boundary and easement title documents and perform boundary analysis. • Create surveys from field crew data, sketches, photos, and reference maps. • Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for right‑of‑way, easements, and acquisition parcels. • Coordinate work activities to maintain schedules and ensure quality control. • Develop familiarity with Kimley‑Horn’s practices, procedures, and standards.

The role involves using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other survey software to produce detailed maps and exhibits.
