Required qualifications include at least six months of wireless telecom experience, a vocational degree or military equivalent, ability to read site plans and SOWs, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of RF engineering, circuit interconnections, and transport theory. • Adapt quickly to change and understand the broader picture. • Apply solid theory and advanced knowledge of transport applications. • Minimum 6 months wireless telecom experience; vocational degree or military equivalent preferred. • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. • Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office. • Knowledge of interconnecting circuits (e.g., T1, T3, microwave radio) and basic RF engineering. • Valid driver’s license complying with company motor vehicle policy. • Flexible, creative problem‑solver with self‑motivation and basic leadership abilities. • Able to work independently or within a team with strong attention to detail.
