• Advise multiple complex projects as a senior technical advisor. • Ensure outstanding project delivery and high‑performing multidisciplinary teams. • Foster a quality culture and champion innovative design excellence. • Mentor and develop professionals to elevate HDR’s practice area. • Recruit top talent to strengthen and grow the practice. • Build client relationships and identify opportunities to expand the practice. • Act as a thought leader, enhancing HDR’s capabilities and professional growth. • Represent HDR in professional communities to reinforce its world‑class reputation. • Maintain a professional engineering license (PE, P.Eng, etc.) for the applicable jurisdiction.

What You Bring

• Demonstrate exceptional leadership and set practice standards within HDR. • Hold a master’s degree in engineering. • Possess prior experience with an engineering consulting firm. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering. • Bring at least 20 years of professional experience. • Demonstrate extensive project execution experience. • Possess strong Microsoft Office and standard design software skills. • Be recognized as a technical expert in engineering analysis and design with proven leadership. • Exhibit a proactive attitude and commitment to HDR’s employee‑owned culture.
