About the Role

The Construction Management Intern will support project teams and apply standard engineering techniques under the guidance of a professional or Project Manager. The role provides on‑site experience and mentorship from licensed engineers. • Connect with recent graduates and company leaders via mentoring and young professionals programs. • Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures. • Perform assignments under supervision of a professional or Project Manager. • Commit up to 20 hours per week on-site; no remote work. • Actively participate in HDR’s employee‑owned culture.

What You Bring
