About the Role
Property managers work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. They assess customers’ storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily tasks include inspecting storage units for inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and contacting customers for payment reminders and collections. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling packing supplies. • Inspect storage units daily to ensure inventory accuracy and availability. • Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits. • Make payment reminder and collection calls to customers. • Lift/move items up to 35 lb and walk outdoors up to 50 % of the time, including climbing stairs. • Perform cleaning and routine maintenance of interior and exterior areas.

What You Bring
Managers must be able to lift or move items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50 % of their time walking around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. They also perform cleaning and routine maintenance such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds clear of debris. Successful candidates have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required; mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between work locations. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and use personal vehicle for site travel (mileage reimbursed).
