About the Role

• Clean and maintain luxury rental homes, condos, and rentals. • Make beds, change linens, and handle dirty laundry using washers and dryers. • Clean and restock bathrooms with soap and paper products. • Vacuum, sweep, scrub, and mop floors; clean kitchens and wash dishes. • Empty and reliner all trash containers; clean windows and doors. • Dust furniture, pictures, ledges, and shelves; perform detailed cleaning of ceilings, vents, light fixtures, walls, corners, skylights, and door frames. • Maintain member and guest confidentiality. • Submit billing for completed work to management.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, has at least three years of housekeeping experience—preferably in luxury residential or hospitality settings—and possesses strong knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, hygiene best practices, and health‑and‑safety regulations. Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills, be flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and long hours as needed, and be able to work effectively in a team while staying calm during busy periods. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in high‑end residential or hospitality settings. • Strong knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and hygiene best practices. • Understanding of health and safety regulations and safe use of machinery and chemicals. • Detail‑oriented with ability to uphold high cleanliness standards. • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team and stay calm during busy periods. • Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift over 50 lb for extended periods and work in all weather conditions.
