About the Role

The Injection Well laborer works under close supervision, receives detailed work instructions, and applies basic judgement in resolving routine issues. The incumbent troubleshoots basic problems and identifies deviations from accepted practices. They are responsible for upkeep of the Deep Well work area, assisting with organizing and loading materials into the well, and checking tools and equipment. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe disposal area through general housekeeping tasks such as operating lawn mowers, weed eaters, and other hand tools. The laborer performs sampling of incoming trucks, offloads using hoses or equipment, moves, secures, installs, loads and unloads materials, and pulls batch samples from onsite tanks for laboratory testing. They also conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, report faulty equipment to supervisors, and perform other non‑essential duties as assigned.
