About the Role
The technician will work at the Claremore facility, maintaining and repairing machinery such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyors, and production equipment to support artificial lift services. • Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines according to manuals and engineering specifications. • Troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions using observation, listening, and precision measuring instruments. • Disassemble equipment, remove defective parts, and replace them using hoists, cranes, hand and power tools. • Inspect and measure parts with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure dimensional accuracy. • Adjust devices and control instruments using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges. • Communicate maintenance schedules to production staff to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with preventive techniques. • Fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation and equipment. • Manage inventory of parts and supplies, anticipate needs, place and expedite orders, and verify receipts. • Conserve maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies efficiently. • Provide mechanical maintenance information and respond to staff inquiries. • Prepare maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operational data and trends. • Maintain technical knowledge through workshops, technical publications, and professional networks. • Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs to ensure continuity among work teams. • Ensure a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

What You Bring
• Hold a High School Diploma or GED. • Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience. • Demonstrate electrical experience on 3‑phase 480 V and single‑phase 120 V systems. • Have experience in preventive maintenance and working with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment. • Able to work a 4/3 schedule with 12‑hour night shifts.
