About the Role

The Field Recruiter role owns full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting for Renuity’s field operations and works closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to deliver qualified talent that drives business growth. This is a contract‑to‑perm position with significant potential for long‑term advancement within the Talent Acquisition team. • Oversee full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume field roles. • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to align hiring priorities. • Source, screen, and qualify candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach. • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines to meet ongoing demand. • Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and guide hiring decisions. • Provide a consistent, timely, and professional candidate experience. • Keep accurate candidate data and activity in the ATS. • Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives as needed. • Contribute to a high‑impact recruiting function that supports national growth.

What You Bring

• Possess 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably high‑volume. • Demonstrate strong communication and relationship‑building skills. • Be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Ashby a plus); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
