What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced plumber with additional trade skills to join our team and provide first‑class service to properties across High Wycombe and surrounding areas. The Multi‑Trade Operative will carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs, using both specialist and secondary trades. All work must be completed efficiently and within required deadlines. Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only. The role is subject to a basic criminal record check, and candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment. • Experienced plumber with additional trade skills and strong customer care. • Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided). • Eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for employment duration. • Subject to basic criminal record check clearance.

Benefits
The position offers a salary of £36,000‑£41,000 plus overtime, a company van, tools, and a bonus scheme. It is based in High Wycombe, full‑time 40 hours per week, and is a permanent contract.
