About the Role
The Stakeholder Engineer role focuses on coordinating with external authorities and stakeholders for major healthcare, infrastructure, and building projects in Ras Laffan Industrial City, ensuring compliance with Qatar Energy regulations and local standards. • Coordinate with Qatar Energy, Ashghal, Kahramaa, MOI, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Public Health, and municipal authorities to obtain permits. • Manage external approvals and stakeholder engagement for healthcare and hospital projects. • Ensure project activities comply with Qatar Energy regulations within Ras Laffan Industrial City. • Secure environmental, safety, and operational permits from Qatar Energy departments. • Organize and attend stakeholder, authority, and client meetings to discuss progress and address comments. • Resolve authority comments promptly to maintain compliance. • Provide regular updates to project managers, teams, and clients and address technical coordination issues. • Support overall project compliance with applicable regulations, authority requirements, and healthcare standards. • Apply proactive, detail‑oriented problem‑solving abilities.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. • Possess 10+ years of professional experience, including 7+ years in healthcare/hospital stakeholder engineering. • Demonstrate mandatory GCC experience and a track record of managing authority approvals on major projects. • Have strong knowledge of Qatar local building codes and international building standards. • Exhibit expert understanding of construction details, regulations, and quality standards. • Show advanced proficiency with relevant software and design tools. • Communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills. • Excel in organization, time‑management, and multitasking across multiple projects. • Display leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. • Adapt flexibly to changing project requirements and priorities. • Prior experience with projects in Ras Laffan Industrial City under Qatar Energy regulatory frameworks.
