About the Role

As an Internet Sales Coordinator, you will generate and maintain a sales pipeline from internet‑generated leads, ensuring a “Tickled, Delighted, Happy” experience for customers throughout the sales process. You will capture and convert online customer inquiries into viable sales prospects, providing prompt communication through email, live chat, phone, and 1‑800 lines. Maintaining and updating digital and community reference materials, you will guide customers through product options, financing, and incentives. The role includes managing an internet customer database, outreach for available homes, and coordinating electronic marketing distribution with the Marketing team. Attendance at sales meetings, community events, and training programs is required, with flexibility to work weekends. What You Bring
The position requires a high school diploma (college degree preferred) and sales or telephone/real‑estate experience.
