About the Role
This role focuses on selling Exertherm's Continuous Thermal Monitoring products into all relevant electrical segments. If you are a motivated sales professional ready to lead sales efforts in a growing territory, apply today! The role will be responsible for managing a customer base, sales resources, products and channels to market to achieve planned results for the region. The individual will provide leadership and development to a sales team across North, Central and South America consisting of sales professionals, sales reps and the distributor channel. Expected results include growth in sales and market share, channel development and talent development within the region. Travel throughout the territory with overnight stays is required. Region Sales Strategy: Create, plan, and implement the sales strategy, strategic sales, and business development initiatives for target industry segments such as Data Centers, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Hydrogen, Manufacturing, etc., in line with the Global Sales Strategy. Lead and develop the Americas Sales Team by establishing sales targets, monitoring achievement, anticipating shortfalls and implementing improvement plans. Oversee the execution of regional go‑to‑market models through indirect channels or direct country sales teams. Develop and implement annual market development plans, conduct market analyses, and define forecasts. Drive sales team efficiency through technical and solution training, knowledge sharing and cross‑collaboration. Build a partner network of OEMs and installers/service partners, maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, and ensure value delivery to customers. • Sell Exertherm Continuous Thermal Monitoring products across electrical segments in the Americas. • Create and execute regional sales and business development strategies for target industries. • Lead, coach, and set targets for a multi‑country sales team and distributor channel. • Develop annual market plans, conduct market analysis, and forecast demand. • Enable the sales team through technical and solution training and knowledge sharing. • Build and maintain OEM and installer/service partner networks and key decision‑maker relationships. • Achieve growth in sales, market share, and channel development.

What You Bring
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, minimum 10+ years of electrical industry sales experience, at least 5 years of people‑management experience, valid unrestricted driver’s license, and current US residency. Experience with medium and low voltage power distribution equipment, UPS systems, busduct, and a strong track record in growing sales, market share and channel development is required. Relocation is not provided. • Travel extensively across North, Central, and South America with overnight stays. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 10+ years of electrical industry sales experience. • Demonstrate 5+ years of people‑management experience and superior sales techniques.
