About the Role
Summary: The Project Manager I provides overall management direction on less complex projects, establishing objectives through planning and budgeting, serving as the primary client contact, and monitoring construction and financial activities in collaboration with the Superintendent. This role is responsible for the financial results and safety of the project, perpetuating the IIF safety culture. • Responsible for Pre‑Construction Duties • Coordinates Job Transition and Start‑up Process • Manages Cost and Schedule • Manages Cash Flow • Oversees the Work of Direct Reports • Maintains Client Relationship • Generates and Submits Technical Records • Supports Construction of Project • Manages Project Safety and Risk Management Processes • Ensures a Safe Work Environment • Participates in Training/Certifications

What You Bring
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with four years of experience, or eight years of construction‑related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must meet these qualifications to be considered.
