About the Role
In this senior role, you will ensure projects meet quality and performance targets, maintain contractual compliance, and foster effective communication among all parties. • Lead and supervise coordination meetings • Conduct periodic objective employee evaluations • Serve as Engineer of Record on assigned projects • Support technical training and mentor staff alongside Technical Manager and Chief Engineer • Assign and coordinate system design and project engineering tasks for the team • Define design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects • Oversee construction administration duties including field reports, RFIs, bulletins, and addenda • Work with accounting to prepare monthly invoices, monitor receivables, and expedite client payments • Manage correspondence among staff, clients, contractors, and owners • Participate in the firmwide Expert Teams committee • Contribute to budgeting, scheduling, and staff management activities • Prepare proposals and administer project contracts and service agreements • Supervise preparation of analyses and reports on system options and building conditions

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution • Minimum 10 years of consulting experience in the MEP engineering industry (senior level) • At least 3 years of supervisory experience • Hands‑on design expertise with CAD/Revit to direct staff • Active Professional Engineer (PE) registration • Experience with critical facilities and healthcare projects preferred
