About the Role

Daily responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, and washing interior floors using light and heavy commercial buffers, vacuuming rugs, dusting furniture and fixtures, and cleaning interior glass, windows, and trims. The role also involves maintaining bathrooms by restocking supplies, cleaning fixtures, and monitoring for issues such as clogged urinals or faulty lights. Additional duties include trash collection, snow removal from entrances, periodic high‑dusting, leather and wood polishing, and any other tasks assigned by supervisors. • Sweep, mop, and wash interior floors and surfaces. • Operate light and heavy commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines. • Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo as directed. • Dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and perform high dusting. • Clean interior windows, glass, and trims on doors and partitions. • Maintain and restock bathrooms, including wiping glass, emptying waste baskets, servicing dispensers, and cleaning tiles and floors. • Monitor and report defects such as clogged urinals or non‑functional lights. • Collect building trash, replace liners, and place waste in approved containers. • Sweep or shovel snow from building entrances and walkways as needed. • Perform periodic tasks such as high dusting, leather and wood polishing, and wall washing.

What You Bring
