About the Role
The role provides project management, leadership, and coordination for one or more projects or work streams, overseeing overall scope, schedule, cost, and risk while leading teams to achieve approved objectives and developing detailed milestone schedules and cost tracking. Key responsibilities include preparing project plans, timelines, budgets, and reports; managing financials, forecasting, and actuals; coordinating cost estimates, RFPs, RFQs, and contracts; allocating internal and external resources; gathering stakeholder requirements and securing approvals; handling scope changes, risks, and issues with mitigation strategies; and communicating status across the organization. • Prepare and deliver project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports. • Manage project scope, schedule, cost tracking, and risk mitigation. • Coordinate development of cost estimates, RFPs, RFQs, and contracts. • Track financial performance, forecast budgets, and reconcile actuals. • Oversee resource allocation for internal and external teams. • Facilitate stakeholder requirements gathering and secure solution design approvals. • Identify and manage scope changes, risks, and issues with mitigation plans. • Communicate project status across all organizational levels. • Lead and influence cross‑functional teams; deliver presentations and facilitation.

What You Bring
Three levels are available: Project Manager I (5+ years experience, 3‑5 years in project management), Project Manager II (8+ years experience, 5‑7 years in project management), and Project Manager III (10+ years experience, 10 years in project management). All require a BS in Engineering, Construction, Business, IT or equivalent experience, strong presentation and facilitation skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a cross‑functional team environment. • Minimum 5‑10 years experience in operations, technology, finance, or a related field. • BS in Engineering, Construction, Business, IT or equivalent experience required. • 3‑10 years of project management and process improvement experience. • PMP certification or formal project management training preferred. • Experience in a power‑plant environment and vendor/contract management desired.
