About the Role
The Housekeeper maintains the overall cleanliness of the community, adhering to established schedules and working the 8 am – 4 pm shift. • Clean vacant apartments in preparation for move‑in using the Company Checklist; report any problem areas to the Housekeeping Supervisor. • Clean occupied, respite, and guest apartments as scheduled using the Company Checklist; report any problem areas to the Housekeeping Supervisor. • Detail‑clean halls and other common areas as scheduled or when requested; keep inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to the Housekeeping Supervisor. • Keep laundry rooms and housekeeping/linen rooms clean and organized; clean dryer lint traps daily and clean the area behind washer‑dryer equipment weekly. • Operate cleaning equipment safely and use cleaning chemicals and supplies according to safety guidelines. • Adhere to the company’s drug‑free workplace policy.

What You Bring
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, be familiar with the safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals, and pass a positive criminal background screening while adhering to a drug‑free workplace policy.
